M3M India invests Rs 600 crore in Noida.

M3M India paid Rs 250 crore for three acres of land in Noida and would spend an additional Rs 350 crore to build a building that will have studio flats and retail space.

This project in Sector 72, Noida, would cost a total of Rs 600 crore.

The land really costs Rs 180 crore. The entire sum, including registration and lease costs, will be Rs 250 crore. M3M India will create 9 lakh square feet of saleable space for this project, of which 5.5 lakh square will be developed.

The project would cost a total of Rs 600 crore, including land and building costs, according to M3M India. The project, which is anticipated to be finished over the next 24 months, is likely to generate a topline for the firm of almost Rs 1,200 crore.

According to M3M India, studio flats for professionals who work in office campuses in this area of Noida are in great demand. "We are very proud to be associated with the government of Uttar Pradesh for building state-of-the-art residential and commercial projects, with our investments beginning from Noida," said Pankaj Bansal, director of M3M India.

The firm has pledged to invest Rs 7,500 crore in Uttar Pradesh.

A real estate development business called M3M intends to invest Rs 18 billion in the building of many developments, including luxury residential and retail, along the Dwarka Motorway, with a potential income of Rs 61 billion.
